H2H Finished

This is a quilt top I started last year when Judy at Patchwork Times introduced monthly blocks to use up our stash.  I finally put my blocks into a quilt, but now it is quilted, bound and ready to ship to Sarah's Hands To Help Charity Quilts.

And .... picking blackberries to make cobbler this afternoon.  The blackberry plants were from my Great Uncle Dan's backyard in Columbus Texas.  He has been gone since 1983, so these plants traveled here to Louisiana over 30 years ago.  They were planted on the bayou side of my in laws property and are obviously thriving to this day. Must admit, I ate so many of them while picking, my insides are purple.
